Our Policies

US Shipping
We offer shipping exclusively through UPS. We generally ship most orders within 1 business day.  We offer the following domestic shipping services through UPS: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. The shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order, the level of UPS service selected, and the destination. With UPS, delivery times are guaranteed and tracking information is provided. UPS orders placed online by 12:00PM (noon) ET, Monday through Friday,  will be shipped the same day.  On the day your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email, including the UPS tracking number, at the end of our shipping day. UPS delivery days are Monday through Friday.

Please be sure to provide a complete and correct shipping address.  Any order returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address supplied or an undeliverable address will be refunded the value of the order less shipping charges.  If you would like the order reshipped, we require that you pay another shipping fee, as postage for returned items is not refunded by the carrier.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to most countries.  For a full list of the countries we ship to, please see our Shipping Info Page.  Please be sure that all products are eligible for import into your country before ordering. Because the import rules and regulations for each country are different, we will not be responsible for international shipments once they leave our facility.  All import duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer the following international shipping services through UPS: Worldwide Express and Worldwide Expedited, as well as UPS Standard to Canada. Payment
We accept many forms of payment.  Please refer to our Ordering Information Page for details.

Order Cancellation
Most orders are shipped within one business day of payment, so canceling an order may be difficult.  If you wish to cancel an order, notify us immediately and we will attempt to stop the order before it is shipped.

Returns
All sales are final.  Due to the single-use nature of chemical glow products, we are unable to accept returns on these items.

Damaged Merchandise
All shipments that are received in visibly damaged condition MUST be reported to the delivery carrier at the time of receipt.  Also, damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving your shipment so that we can initiate a damage claim with the carrier. You must keep all boxes and packing materials, as UPS may want to inspect the package and product(s).

Incomplete / Incorrect Shipment
All orders are double checked before shipping to ensure that all ordered items are included and correct. In the rare case that you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your shipment.  The GlowStuffStore, at its sole discretion, can choose to refund or replace the item(s) in question.

Security
We are very concerned about the security of our transactions on the web.  That is why we use Authorize.net, one of the most respected and secure credit card processing providers on the web.  We do not store your credit card information on our servers, or anywhere else.  All payment methods are kept secure using 128-bit encryption.

Privacy
We will not share your personal information or email address with anyone, nor will we email you, unless it is regarding your order.  The only emails you will receive from us are your order confirmation email, your shipping confirmation email, and email communication pertaining to your order.

Limited Warranty
We warrant our products to be free of manufacturers defects.  Our only obligation is to replace products proven to be defective.  All other warranties, express or implied are disclaimed.

Liability
Acceptance of any order is conditioned on Buyer's acceptance of these terms. We shall not be liable, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty, in negligence or otherwise, for consequential, special or incidental damages.  Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount of the purchase price.  The buyer's limited right to replacement is the Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy.
